Fruit Smoothies
Fruit smoothies can be made in “bulk” by making a blender full, and then portioning the mixture into individual serving cups that can be stored in the refrigerator or freezer. If placed in the freezer, just defrost, stir, and enjoy. If placed in the fridge, just stir or put back in the blender for a few seconds.
Most of the following recipes do not give specific amounts for ingredients. This is so that you can adjust quantities up or down according to taste. Only those recipes that give specific amounts for the ingredients have the nutritional content reported.
