Peach-Mango-Raspberry Smoothie

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients

1/4 cup frozen peaches 1/4 cup frozen mango 1/4 cup fresh or frozen raspberries 1/4 cup plain, organic yogurt (or try a soy yogurt) 1/2 cup apple juice

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend thoroughly.
  2. Pour into a 12 oz. glass and enjoy!
  3. Double or triple the batch and freeze extra in popsicle molds!

Optional: For each 12 oz. glass, blend in 1 Tbsp flax or hemp seed oil and 1-2 capsules of a non-dairy acidophilus supplement.
